An experiment in adult female rats examined ipamorelin and GHRP-6 using several bone measurements. Increased bone mineral content was associated with changes in bone dimensions, while volumetric density did not show the same improvement.
How to interpret the findings
Mineral content, density, dimensions, and mechanical strength are distinct endpoints. The study does not establish fracture prevention or an effect in people, and reporting only the favorable measurement would miss an important qualification.
